Welcome! We are a group of moms in and around the South Riding, Stone Ridge, Kirkpatrick Farms area who are looking to meet other SAHM/WAHM moms and babies/toddlers to have playdates with, attend local children's activities with and build lasting friendships.  We look forward to meeting you!

I decided to start a group for moms that are in their mid-30's to late 40's and have toddlers. I am a stay-at-home mom of 2 toddlers and it's been difficult finding a playgroup that included moms around my age. I found many groups of cool moms that were much younger than me, but I wanted to find some women that I felt I had more in common with. This group is open to SAHM's, work at home moms, or any other mom that would like to join.

I decided to start this group after hearing about the benefits of a similar group that started for Mommies and babies born in 2011. I intend to be a SAHM once our little one is born and would love opportunities to make some friends and provide our little one with opportunities to engage with other babies. As of 3/15 we are no longer accepting new members, if spots open up in the group we will re-open again for requests. We are a very active group of stay at home moms.  We have moms and children of all ages but most of the children that come to our meet ups are under the age of 5. This group is for Moms who are not disappointed about staying at home with their kids! A group for Moms who embrace modern motherhood, and are ready to have a little bit of fun with, and for those of us who are lucky, without our kids on occasion.
